DOCUMENT IMAGING

Tax Management Services Inc has recently launched a new enhancement to our service with the use of electronic document imaging.  The process allows all source documents that will provide backup for Sales Tax claims, to be electronically imaged.

The advantages of Electronic Document Imaging:

  1. photothe most efficient form of reporting and auditing
  2. large volumes of paper photocopies are no longer needed to support our sales tax claims
  3. claims can be submitted on a CD Rom, with 100% documentation electronically imaged
  4. allows clients to retain and refer to our reports, without the need to retain large volumes of paper

Electronic Document Imaging will allow most of the submissions to be reviewed off-site at the Government offices.  Electronic Document Imaging also eliminates the use of company photocopiers.  With some claims being supported by numerous documents, electronic document imaging provides the most efficient document storing.
